ft999 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ft999 platform ("ft999", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the ft999 website, mobile platform, or any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.
• The withdrawal process may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
• In cases of suspicious activity, ft999 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

ft999 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 100% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once per user.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
• Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• If ft999 finds evidence of a bonus being used in any dishonest manner, ft999 reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any associated winnings.
• ft999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

The ft999 loyalty program has four tiers. Tiers change based on the user's regular activity and participation.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

ft999 may change the terms for VIP tier benefits and cashback eligibility at any time. VIP cashback may not be separately withdrawable as cash and is subject to the relevant rules.

All members must follow the rules below while playing on the ft999 platform:

• Any form of fraudulent activity, software bots, or automated systems is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by coordinating with other users is prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform is prohibited.
• In sports betting, attempting to obtain match results in advance or participating in any match-fixing related activity is prohibited.
• Using ft999 for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

In the event of any violation of the above rules, ft999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account, forfeit the balance, and notify the relevant legal authorities.

Fair Play Assurance

• Any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
