No. Each player is allowed only one account at ft999. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, phone number, or payment method is not allowed. This is an important rule to ensure fair play and prevent bonus abuse.
To change personal details, contact the ft999 support team directly. Send a request via live chat or by email at [email protected] and provide the information needed to verify your identity. A verification process must be followed when changing account details to keep your account secure.
No, the process is straightforward. Go to the ft999 Login page, fill in the registration form with your mobile number, password, and the required details. Only those aged 21 or above may open an account. The account is activated within a few minutes.
For a secure password, use at least 8 characters and combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or other easily guessable information as a password. Change your password regularly to keep your account secure.
Deposit Questions
Log in to your account, go to the Cashier or Deposit section, and select bKash as your payment method. Send money via bKash to the designated number and enter the transaction ID. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Your account balance will be updated within a few minutes.
ft999 itself does not charge any deposit fee. However, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay may deduct a small charge according to their own transaction policies. This depends on the type of mobile banking account you hold and the terms of the service. Check the relevant service's app or helpline for the latest fee information.
Yes, ft999 fully supports Nagad. Just like bKash, go to the Cashier, select Nagad, send the amount to the specified number, and provide the transaction reference. The minimum deposit amount for Nagad is also ৳100. The process is fast and secure.
ft999 currently supports four mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service from Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all methods. Transactions are secure and completed quickly across all methods.
Wait a few minutes — sometimes there may be a brief delay due to network lag. If it still does not appear, get the transaction ID from your mobile banking app and contact ft999's live chat or email [email protected] with that ID so the support team can assist you.
Live Dealer Games
Teen Patti is a popular South Asian card game where the goal is to build the best hand from three cards. Andar Bahar is simpler — one card is revealed and you bet on whether the next card of the same value will land on the "Andar" (left) or "Bahar" (right) side. Both games feature real dealers in ft999's live casino.
Baccarat is a card game where you can bet on either the "Player" or the "Banker" side. The side whose hand total is closest to 9 wins. Because the rules are straightforward, it is quite popular with newcomers. Baccarat tables with explanations in Bengali are available at the ft999 live casino.
Betting limits vary by table. ft999 offers a range of options from low-limit to high-limit tables, so players of all levels — new and experienced — can play comfortably. Check the limits of a specific table before joining it.
In Roulette, a ball is released onto a spinning wheel. You can bet on which number the ball will land on, whether it will be red or black, or whether it will be odd or even. European Roulette and various other types are available at the ft999 live casino. With multiple betting options, you do not need a lot of experience to get started.
Yes, ft999's live casino is mobile-friendly. Live dealer games can be enjoyed in full quality on any Android or iOS smartphone browser. Make sure you have a stable internet connection, as live video streaming requires a good data speed.
Playing on Mobile
ft999 works on any modern smartphone, tablet, or desktop. Both Android and iOS mobile operating systems are supported. The site runs correctly on all popular browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. There is no need to download a separate app — you can play directly in your browser.
In many cases, old cached data and cookies stored in the browser can slow down the page. Go to your browser settings and clear the cache, then reload the page. If it is still slow, check your internet connection speed or try a different browser.
Yes, ft999's full game lobby is available in the mobile browser. Slots, live casino, fishing games, sports betting — everything works fully in the browser. The interface is mobile-optimized for easy touchscreen navigation.
If the connection is lost, the game system automatically records the session. When you reconnect, the game state should be restored. If you have any questions about a bet or round, check the transaction history for that time and contact the support team if needed — they can confirm the details by checking the server logs.
Slots & Jackpots
RTP, or Return to Player, is a mathematical percentage that indicates what share of total bets a slot game returns to players over the long term. For example, a game with a higher RTP theoretically has a better chance of returning winnings. However, RTP is only a long-term average — every spin is completely random.
Volatility describes how frequently a game pays out and how large those payouts are. High volatility games pay out larger amounts less frequently. Low volatility games pay out smaller amounts more often. Choose a game based on how you prefer to play.
On a limited budget, it is wise to choose low or mid volatility slots. These games offer frequent winning opportunities even with small bets, so your balance lasts longer. Many games from PG Soft and JILI let you start playing with a small number of coins. Check the minimum bet before entering a game.
Many slot games offer a demo or free-play mode where you can understand the game mechanics without risking real money. Which games on ft999 have a demo mode can be seen in the game lobby. Using demo mode before starting a new game is a good habit.
Free spins usually come as part of a specific promotion or bonus offer. Once free spins are added to your account, they can be used automatically on the designated slot game. The expiry of the free spins and which game they apply to will be stated in the bonus details — read that carefully.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. For the ft999 welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20x. For example — if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before you can withdraw.
